RE: Parker vs Ruiz for WBO - NakiFan - 11-19-2016 There should be 4 weight divisions. Heavy Middle Light Weedy RE: Parker vs Ruiz for WBO - Justapakeha - 11-19-2016 Buttabean on the Ruiz Parker card. Pathetic.... RE: Parker vs Ruiz for WBO - craigyid14 - 11-19-2016 (11-19-2016, 12:46 PM)NakiFan Wrote: There should be 4 weight divisions. What a stupid post. TOO many divisions! I'd rather see the Olympic divisions implemented into pro boxing...but I suppose more divisions more sanctioning fees. RE: Parker vs Ruiz for WBO - craigyid14 - 11-19-2016 It was a troll like post, referring to any boxer below 135lb as weedy. Just because you prefer to watch fellas with breasts cuddle for 12 rounds (isn't that similar to gay porn?) doesn't mean the lighter divisions are 'weedy'. Are you a Fatboy in a thin mans body? Of coarse there's too many weight divisions and too many champions but you can't have it both ways, I mean your hero Joseph Parker in all likelihood wouldn't become 'world champion' if there wasn't more than 1 sanctioning body...... RE: Parker vs Ruiz for WBO - diehard - 11-19-2016 I prefer more the old way of doing things. Adding cruiser, but that's it. So it would be: Heavyweight Cruiser Light Heavyweight Middleweight Welterweight Lightweight Flyweight Bantamweight Featherweight And that's it. I'm ok with the different alphabets if they fought each other. Often. But they don't. RE: Parker vs Ruiz for WBO - craigyid14 - 11-19-2016 I'd have the old 8 (adding feather to your list), but agree with keeping cruiser. With modern boxers its too much to expect someone of 180-190lbs to beat a guys built naturally (or unnaturally) bigger these days. I'm 6ft 4 and 106kg. So I refer to those nearly half my weight as weedy. That's just me. I could call them bantams or flys or strawpeople....? Was doing it from memory and forgot Featherweight. RE: Parker vs Ruiz for WBO - diehard - 11-19-2016 (11-19-2016, 01:02 PM)Justapakeha Wrote: Buttabean on the Ruiz Parker card. Pathetic....
